JNE promotes best practices of Environment, Health and Safety throughout project planning and execution with appropriate safety systems and ongoing training. We can perform a site assessment and develop a site specific health and safety plan for the execution of the work from start to finish, with monitored adherence to the plan on-site throughout the project using a comprehensive structured auditing cycle.

Machine Safety

JNEA offers conceptual design, consultation and expertise to help our customers implement a safety optimized process that meets the IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards, customized to meet specific performance and cost targets.

Process Safety

With TÜV Rheinland FSE certification, we specialize in Machine Safety and Process Safety Systems, with emphasis on Burner Management Systems and Combustion Control.

Compliance

JNEA offers services, including Pre-Start and Health and Safety Reviews (PHSR) and hazard and operability studies (HAZOP) to help our customers implement safety systems.

Modern control systems provide a single control platform for multiple functions that were previously handled by legacy PLC’s, legacy DCS’s and the drive functions that were handled by the legacy drive islands.
